Dr. Cyril Wecht

Dr. Cyril H. Wecht, MD, JD, is one of the country’s leading forensic pathologists.  He is a clinical professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, Dental Medicine, and Graduate School of Public Health, and holds posistions as adjunct professor at Duquesne University School of Law, School of Pharmacy, and School of Health Sciences.  Being an expert in forensic medicine, Dr. Wecht has frequently appeared on several nationally syndicated programs discussing various medicolegal and forensic scientific issues, including medical malpractice, drug abuse, the assassinations of both President John F. Kennedy and Senator Robert F. Kennedy, the death of Elvis Presley, the O.J. Simpson case, and the JonBenet Ramsey case.

REGISTRATION DEADLINES

Early Bird Registration: Forms must be postmarked no later than September 11, 2010.

Regular Registration: Forms must be postmarked no later than September 15, 2010.

Late/At Door: Forms postmarked after September 15, 2010, will be at late/at door prices.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Request for refunds must be made in writing.

If request is postmarked prior to September 18, 2010, 80% of the registration fee will be refunded.

If request is postmarked after September 18, 2010, the registration fee will be applied to the 2011 annual meeting fee.

If request is postmarked after September 26, 2010, no refund will be given.

If calling, ask for reservations at this Embassy Suites and mention the special group rate for the AHDI-NEMA (formerly PA-AHDI) Annual Meeting and Educational Conference. This is $119 per night for single/double, $119 per night for triple, and $119 per night for quad occupancy plus tax. To avoid a penalty fee of one night’s room and tax, reservations must be cancelled within 2 business days prior to the arrival date. Hotel cut-off date for this special AHDI-NEMI rate is Thursday, September 23, 2010. Make your reservations early – room block is limited!  Rooms are all 2-room suites and prices include a cooked-to-order breakfast, as well as a 2-hour manager’s reception each day! 

Additional meal prices for guests of attendees will be as follows:
